Fishermen were kidnapped Saturday, January 11 in the village of Bondo Kpeletu territory (Eastern Province).Civil society that delivers information speaks of three people abducted by armed men she believed to be Ugandan LRA rebels. The district commissioner of the Bas-Uele rather speaks of fourteen fishermen kidnapped.
