{UAH} What is wrong with All African Countries!!!!

Every year billions of dollars are spend on spent on peacekeeping, food aid, budget support etc. Look at the countries like South-Sudan, Somali, Congo, Central African Rep., Uganda, etc.
Are this countries worthwhile even to be call a country. What do this countries contribute to human civilization? can we just let thme dissappear to save human misery.
