{UAH} BAGANDA AND ACHOLIS HAVE NO MORAL RIGHT TO PREACH FOR FEDERALSIM

Friends

There are no people that have run our politics than Baganda and Acholis, but there are no people that have screwed up our country than again Baganda and Acholis. For some very unknown reason both Baganda and Acholis believe that the politics of Uganda only comes out of Kampala to the population of Uganda, they hate everything called a politics from the people to Kampala. I am submitting to you that it took Acholis to get their hands on UPC, a party that was built from get go on grassroots upwards, to change it today to what it has become from Uganda house to grass roots. Olara Otunnu even closed the village level branches for everything running UPC starts and ends on the 6th floor.

I have followed Betty Olivier Kamya for a while, her major obstacle is again “as a Muganda” is to think that she has the ability to sit in Kampala and think for the rest of Ugandans, to create a system that is perfect for our country. Betty Kamya is today preaching about the constitution and how it hands every powers to the president, but Betty Kamya her self-built that constitution, and curved all the powers to Museveni. Betty was a Movement representative to the constitutional assembly which wrote that very constitution she is going after. Again I opine that as an MP of Rubaga North on again a Movement ticket, Betty Kamya used her position in the Movement to consolidate NRM and to empower state house to the teeth. She cannot stand today to educate us how she handed more powers to Museveni and she now knows better and wants to remove them. We are not chickens where Betty Kamya shows up and does her political experiments if they work she moves on if they fail she changes the feeding time.  Geez !!!!!!

By the way when she left The Movement and joined FDC for now it became the more democratic party to her, she left FDC and then remembered the Kingdom of Buganda, humped on the band wagon and started the crusade of federalism. If Betty Kamya truly believed into a Federal system in Uganda why didn’t she introduce it to parliament as a Movement MP and a woman that was very close to Yoweri Museveni? Olara Otunnu and Betty Kamya are a classic example of how Baganda and Acholis remain the major problem we need to cross our country, and just to back up my stand before WBK attacks me let me list you the historical factors that built the Baganda and Acholis in the Uganda politics.

The agony of Baganda

(1) Declared their own independence on October 8th 1962 known as Kingdom of Buganda but on October 9th 24 hrs. later the King abandoned his Kingdom without telling his subjects what the hell he was doing, became the first President of Republic of Uganda headed by Dr. Apollo Milton Obote as Prime Minister with more executive power than a King and President combined.

(2) In 1966 the same King who only 4 years earlier had abandoned his Kingdom for the  Republic ordered his Prime Minister to leave Buganda a territory  he no longer had  control over and return to his own village of Akokoro. Thoughtless as Baganda have always been and continue to be, Sir Edward Mutesa forgot that Obote already or for that matter Uganda  had a well-armed and trained army called Uganda Army (UA) commanded by a Kakwa whose country of birth was either Koboko (Uganda) or  Kala (the now Republic of South Sudan). Obote knowing that the only thing Mutesa had on his side was "gwanga mujje" a bunch of loyalists with no military background,  ordered  Amin who just a few years  earlier had massacred Turkana cattle raiders to evict Mutesa not only out of his palace but the Republic of Uganda. For that Baganda hated Obote but fell in love with Amin in 1971  a man who had actually entered the Bulange to kill the King. They did not only love Amin, they also gave him their daughter Sarah Kyolaba as a wife. Because in their minds Amin had liberated them from a Kawenkene.

(3) That romance with a Kakwa who technically was a Mukopi as per Baganda thinking did not last long. They joined the rest of the crowd to give Amin the boot and in 1979 they got their wish this time  "owekika" Prof. Lule a true Muganda was in charge and the declaration of ebyaffe was made, gwanga mujje was sounded and the rest was history. Little did they know that anything a Muganda puts his hands on turns out to be "byoya bya nswa" Lule lasted for only 69 days and Baganda went back to the olden days "omunaku obwavu bwe tubugwa"

(4) With prayers, the Baganda got another messiah this time from Rwanda by the name of Yoweri Kaguta Museveni who promised them like Moses did to deliver them to the Promised Land. True to form, Museveni delivered handing back the lost Kingdom and finally "Kasita twebaka kutulo". The Munyarwanda simply said you bastards continue sleeping, by the time you wake up I will have become the king which he sure did.

(5) Having lost everything, they have  turned to federalism being led by their version of Lakwena known as Betty Kamya" Where they will put that federal thing  only Kony who took over from Lakwena can tell for it seems Baganda are completely incapable of smelling the coffee even though they are the largest grower of it.

Let’s go to Acholis

(1) They overthrew their own government in 1985. Even though Obote was a Langi, Obote II government was 95% Acholi dominated.
(2) After taking over the government since they did not know what to do with it, they invited Museveni to share it with them. Museveni mattered a few Acholi words "dano maming", look at these fools, how can you kill an antelope and ask a hyena to skin it for you. Instead of Museveni  saying thank you for your stupidity and generosity and at least sharing the loot with them, he showed them the door and only to end up in the hand of their own killer Kony. They were camped and very many died therein.

(3) having lost it all like Baganda did, they are seeking solace in federal without having a clue what federal is all about. To make it worse they are divided in  different groups, (a)  Mao wants an independent state called Nile Republic, (b) Akim Adong wants Federalism (c) Gwokto claims Acholi is the only part of Ugandan that can be a country (d) Olara Otunnu hopes UPC can one day rule Uganda again so he is in favor of Uganda as a unitary system, (e) Amii Otunnu has an association in exile which seems to be a government in waiting. Now tell me if two brothers cannot work together to promote UPC, can one really believe Acholis can honestly manage federalism leave alone a country of their own? And I am just asking !!!!!!

If there are tribes that are truly fucked up in "Black Africa" It is the "Acholis and Baganda" That is where any one building a solution for Uganda has to start from if we will ever move forward.

Geez !!!!!!
