{UAH} Ben Kiwanuka's place in Uganda's history

Ben Kiwanuka, leader of DP became the first Prime Minister of Uganda when it achieved internal self-government on March 1, 1962. The Council of Ministers became the first Cabinet and the Legislative Council became the first National Assembly. Accordingly, Kiwanuka's place in Uganda's history should be recognized.
