Having read your post on Betty and Akim, i have resisted but reluctantly, coined a phrase in English for which i take credit for its invention and for which you Hern Mulindwa. E, lend yourself. "A self denyer". It will find its way in the dictionary soon! Because half the world are "self denyers".

A " self denyer" pronouced "selefu dinaya" in my book, is one who denies themselves their God and legal given rights and responsibility. 

Like most Ugandans, you have refused to exercise your right to change Uganda for the better and run away from your responsibility to do the same. That make you and most Ugandans a self denyer!
