EVERYTHING HAPPENING IN THE COUNTRYSIDE GETS TO MY DESK EXCEPT MY ARMY ATTROCITIES IN ACHOLILAND

During the recent 28th NRM anivesary celebrations in Mayuge district Museveni told the world that he did not know that his NRA had committed atrocities in the northern and eastern regions during the insurgency. He blamed the population for having not informed him and he went further to pledge that he was going to probe what ever atrocities were committed and bring the perpetrators to book.   

Of course, this was the expert manipulator Museveni at it again trying to play on the minds of unsuspecting Ugandans. He knew each and every atrocity that was committed by his army in each and every part of Uganda, Congo, Sudan and Central African Republic. He actually even knows all the atrocities that take place in the safe houses by his intelligence agencies and on the streets by his brutal police. He confirmed this a week ago during a retreat of his party cohorts at Kyankwaanzi when he stated thus "Whatever takes place in the countryside reaches my desk." He went further to conform that he had got intelligence that some NRM members were moblising against him.
This is a clear confirmation that Museveni knew all the atrocities that took place in the northern andEastern regions.
