IN CONCLUSION OF MAKING SENSE OF THE RENEWED DEMANDS FOR FEDERALISM IN UGANDA!.

1 The on-going district expansion even even in circumstances where districts badly lack economic viability is worrying. political leader from time to time make promises for district allocations so as to win political support among the Voters. in order for an area to attract development in today's Uganda, that area must seek political Patronage from the top leaders. All that can be avoided if Uganda attains a Federal system of Government. Even those who have been opposed to the NRM Government for the last 20 years want Political power so as to put their guns dawn. It is only by granting them autonomy that can put their guns dawn.

2 Right now it is amazing for the central Government to continue demanding that the Capital city of Uganda , Kampala be taken over by the central Government. what will happen if the geographical location location of Kampala is shifted to Mbale?? What will happen to Kampala? Will it revert to where it was before?

3 The current Government in an attempt to hijack the peoples power is not only unconstitutional but it could spark off a revolution similar to the 13 American Colonies who declared self-rule in opposition to queen Victoria's move to tack political decisions without their involvement. 

Tomorrow i we shall be finalizing  this conclusion and posing some questions to you just get prepared my dear friends
