You will be allowed to hunt and when you kill your buffalo, you’ll be required to give the federal government one hind leg and keep the rest of the meat for your people.  Alternatively, the federal government will hunt for you.  In that case you’ll receive half the tail of a buffalo for your people.  What is your final answer?
