Mr. Hakim, For the consumption of Edward Mulindwa, can you please shed some light on why a Muganda from Luwero district should waste his time advocating for a federal system for a Mucholi from Kitgum? He already has a Kingdom which has been doing the job for him for years, not to mention all these political partys that offer their own versions of federal to the same Muganda. Why should Edward Mulindwa care really? Is the market already saturated? Mr Nsubuga; Mengo cannot teach Acholi from Kitgum about federo. The Acholi were never under an absolute monarch who ruled over them like a god. They instead practiced federalism through clanism and each clan had their own king who did not impose on them like Mengo does. The current Rwoth Acana sujui the II is Musevenis social engineering not every Acholi recognise him, he is the Rwot of Payira and not every Acholi is from Payira. Infact, there is a campaign to rotate the Chief Rwot or Rwot Moo, which Rwt. Acana currently holds or enjoys.  I think the Muganda from Luwero i.e Mulindwa could learn a thing a two from the Acholi since he seem so opposed to the Kabakaship.
