{UAH} OBAMA HAD A BRUTAL EXCHANGE WITH KAGAME - WORLD DIDNT KNOW

Last evening a guest for dinner at my crib told us of a scathing confrontation between Obama and Kagame over M24. This guest is a close friend to the hubby of my sister-in-law who was and still a very close friend to Kagame's wife, Jeanette. She went to same school and was roommate to Jeanette.

This dude in turn is a close friend to an insider in Kagame's most inner circles. The story goes that one day during the hottest season of M23 invasion in DRC Obama called Kagame on a hotline and blasted him outright with a direct question "You man, what are you doing" and the Luo man was very angry. But if Obama was angry and direct he didnt expect that he  was dealing with one of the most short-tempered presidents in the whole world. After some heated exchange Kagame showed to Obama that he was a bull in his kraal and having been pissed off, he slammed the phone so hard in Obama's ear that everyone in the room felt as thos hell had descended on Rwanda again. The whole room was silent as Kagame got off his chair and paced in the room with anger about to burst out of his face.

Next day a European diplomat who was perhaps told of the incidence about Kagame slamming a hang-up in Obama's ears came to meet Kagame with yet another surprisingly irritating and most frightful warning asking Kagame a direct question as to how and why he could have slammed the phone to hang up on the US president in the middle of a very important discussion and as if that was not enuff, the diplomat followed this with a very chilling warning that "These people (American) can kill you".

The ripple effects ran down the spines of every detail in Kagame security as it was reflected that i a whole European diplomat is scared the Americans could do Kagame in then the matter was far more serious than the short temper.

What is now going around and within Kagame's security is perhaps the tightest of any African president even though one may think it isnt that tight. Forget the Old Fox's 38 Car Ugandan Presidential Convoy.

You heard this from me and not from Mulindwa.
