Hon.Stephen Kagwera, MP Burahya County, Kabarole District enjoyed a daughter over the weekend Saturday 1st Jan 2014 in Western End a hidden lodge located in Kitumba, East Division Fort portal Municipality off Kampala road. Hon. was found live with a students whose names were with held but sources say that she was a 19 year students of mountains of the Moon University. Sources added that it is his habit to take young institution students from Uganda Pentecostal University and Nursing schools among others to hidden lodges like Kulges guest farm off Kasese road, and Toro Resort off kampala road where he pays a lot of dime to the attendants and has special rooms there.
He promises the young girls state bursaries, loans and some of them marriage where he lies to them that is not yet officially married.
