What are you talking about? Roman "forgave" Chelsea football club all the money we had borrowed from him. With the sale of Mata at 37 million pounds and Kevin Dr Bryune at 17 million pounds, Chelsea is now officially financially sound compared to Man city and Man United. Our books are balancing.

Roman does not fall under the scoop of Russian investors in the UK who gonna be affected by this Crimean thing. UK needs foreign investors urgently, a reason they are selling British citizenship for whoever invests over a million pound in the country. So, they aren't about to sabotage the few investors they have got.

UK isn't planning to freeze the assets of Russians already living here. Didn't you read that document which was accidentally flashed at a press conference at Downing street? The journalists with long lenses caught it but the official line was that it wasn't meant to go public.
