SV: {UAH} why would someone study in Ukraine while even the Ukraines run 2 other parts of Europe ha ha funny

Most of former Eatern European countries are full of students even from Western European countries. Hungry, Polen etc has many students from Scandinavia (especially medical students).

And my guess is that many of those African students went there before the conflicts erupted.

My question to you is on the contrary, why would not an African have gone to study, marry, work or live in Ukrania?

You see African drown in Mediteranian and Red seas in quest for survival?
