I am trying to find out more about exchange programmes with American Universities. My son, who is first year Arts and Design Student at Brighton University wants to spend the second year in the the USA. He has got a scholarship to pay for part of his fees, but that still leaves me with almost $20,000 to pay at the Minnessotta College of Arts and Design. This is a private college. Could I get a cheaper College which also offers scholarships to bright students? My son is going to to study Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics and Special Effects at Minessotta. He starts in August. I am interested in Minnessotta because it is a small city, I dont want him to stay in cities like New York, Detroit, Boston or Philadelphia which are poverty-stricken and crime ridden.
