{UAH} Is President Museveni the mastermind behind the Politics of self destruction

Prof Bukenya is scratching opponents like a wounded lion - we had no clue that folks are that petty in the highest offices of the land - for so long our things have gone unattended and now all the President's men and women are revealing the cat fights that come with the office to gain favor from within.

Doesn't it amaze you that all the fights are centered around Idi Amins paranoia -the kind that made him kill many Ugandans - because he feared someone might have gained an edge on leadership in the country. The whole existence of NRM - was to take us away from such paranoia based ruling- why after so many years of indoctrination this has never been taught at Kyankwanzi?
The solution is fairly simple let democracy reign - it can fix most of these issues in a heartbeat . The leading Party in the nation has to begin to see the light out these shadows that fuel this kind of paranoia, it should ask the President not to run again - because we have men in Prison fighting for their lives being charged with trumped up charges -that we don't know what their origins are, could they have been brought to book, because someone was seeking favor with the President?

By the way, the Mbabazi family were not the only one accustomed to this practice -it is apparently a culture within the Party -the President proves loyalty by pitting his confidants against each other -so imagine! -how can you get anything done in such a chaotic environment- these are Uganda's elite imbued in trivialities -how low does it get?

Prof Bukenya himself is not above the foray, one of the things that Buganda faults Mahagony on - is the Kalundi Serumaga report -which unfortunately landed him into a lot of trouble- the revelation that when the king of Buganda was under siege in Kayunga -he quoted Bukenya -verbatim asking the President to bring it to him, by squeezing the vice grips even tighter!

My late sister Christine never understood why -while at the secretariat -she folks were bent on of rail routing her efforts and spoiling her good name with trumped up charges to the President - this culture continued to the point of forcing her out of office! So the litany of accusations by well intentioned carders is endless in the Party- and that culture needs to be nipped in the bud and ended - otherwise it is breeding rancor within the ranks. The politics of self destruction encouraged by the President have to be seized with immediacy -otherwise it will ultimately destroy the NRM party When you bring shame to your new leaders, you ignite a slow consuming fire to the entire Party.
