{UAH} Muhogo(cassava) and bitakuli,have disappeared from Kampala

Dear All

It is unbelievable. It is now over a week muhogo and bitakuli are hardly seen in Kampala, Entebbe,Jinja etc.

 Now bitakuliof shs 3000 can't satisfy a family of three people. The girls who roast muhogo sell three tiney pieces at sh 500/=

Since I am not a Muganda I am not concerned with bitooke. but as  a Munyoro I am concerned with muhogo and bitakuli.

Are we exporting our food to SWouth Sudan.  If so, we must ban food exports to South Sudan.
