{UAH} NRA and homosexuality

Fellow citizens & friends,

Now that 'most' Ugandans seemingly 'agree' homosexuality is bad and a threat to 'national' survival, I recently thought.....yet,  I do not really know anyone in Uganda who is 'gay/lesbian' nor am I about the morality of it all but; is it because I spend too much time in Church, or do I simply not have the correct eyes and ears? 

Then a reminder flashed : Yoweri Museveni's NRA men raped men - in northern Uganda. If it is wrong today to 'nurture, seduce or buy' men-on-men and women-on-women sex, how frightening, 'disgusting (Museveni's word to CNN),traumatic and criminally wrong must it have been for a woman to be raped by a woman or man and for a man to be raped by a man? 

Command and control: The same men (in the north) are the very ones in charge of the current debate (and State) with Museveni as Commander-In-Chief. If we are to sort out this 'terrible evil' completely....and also....do we 'stone' them all, to death for, excess aggrevated homosexuality?
