{UAH} Someone give Kavuma and Nyombi a bursary for a crash course of Judicial Practice at LDC.

The late Chief Justice Ismael Mohamed of South Africa opined in a journal :‘The role of the Judiciary in a Constitutional State’ (1998), that ‘judicial independence means the right and duty of judges to perform the function of judicial adjudication, through an application of their own integrity and the law, without any actual or perceived, direct or indirect interference from or dependence on any other person or institution. -So integrity question seems to arise!

Kavuma and Nyombi are an embarrassment to the legal profession. Thats the NRM 'mafias' prof.bukenya feared. they have been planted in every system of gov't. Its not surprising that Justice brig.kavuma an Nrm cadre was elevated onto that post,so as to help clump true justice, and forcefully grab the helm of leadership in Kampala city at the expense of ordinary Ugandans for the selfish motives of individuals who practice double stands in democracy. 1986 repeat of history, Uganda has unfortunately been militarized!!

Every institution in this country is now being militarized or politicized, problem is that 'their' brand of politics is so shallow, cheap and petty. Sad indeed, sad indeed.
At the end of this saga all right thinking people would have reflected on how the discharge their responsibilities it has been very taxing to the main players however you look at it. I am personally very grateful to Erias Lukwago for hi fortitude and unfailing desire to defend his rights using the only civilised avenue available.
