The Russian upper house has just voted in Favour of Vladimir Putin  to use Russian troops on Ukraine soil. As I said few days ago, President Obama and EU have to think and very hard on the decisions they are making or going to make on Ukraine. Yes you have fumbled in every ones country and yes you have murdered so many at will, but Ukraine can easily become a very tough cookie to go after.

 

We are watching the situation in Ukraine as it so becomes very interesting.
