{UAH} Akim is Right after All - Every one is a SPY CHIEF

We have come to agree with Akim, he is very very right with his federalism. A unitary state with its appended government is dead.

The Members of Uganda parliament had proposed for I quote a "better salary" increment. Prof. Olara Otunnu is heading to court after UPC members sued him – the Democratic Party is in shambles, I do not know whether they will ever tame Lukwago or DP is led by Mao! The conservative Party, it is not clear whether it is headed by Lukyamuzi or someone else. The Forum for Democratic change is a Kampala based revolutionally party most known for its street fights.

UPM al NRA/M, all the time has become a media circus – with bouts of corruption news, intrigue and each of its members working as a CHIEF SPY for which organization you can't understand. I recorded Gen. Kayihura – there is the evidence and played it for the President!

Surprising isn't it. Forget the state in Africa unless you are a circus goer!
