{UAH} In Uganda climate change is real

n Uganda there is general awareness that climate change is occurring in terms of rising temperatures, long, intense and frequent droughts as well as floods but there is no agreement as to the cause (s). Some believe it is largely man/human-made while others argue it is an Act of God beyond human control. This has constrained working out an appropriate policy and strategy to address climate change in Uganda.
