 You are all invited to participate in these initiatives that will be unveiled in the coming weeks.

●        UNAA Book Club 

Share with Your Community

 This is a new forum established with a vision to harvest the talent, expertise and brilliant ideas from members of the UNAA community. There countless Ugandans in our communities with ideas that can be channeled to positively impact and change the lives of our members.
 This forum will be broadcast once a month via a Conference call made available to all UNAA Community members.
 There will be a theme for each monthly forum ranging from healthcare, career guidance, job opportunities, business initiatives, education, immigration, financial security among others.
 This is an opportunity for you to share your causes, share your stories, share your work and share your ideas with the community.
 Share with your community will be held on the last Sunday of every month at 8pm Eastern. The conference call number will be made available to all members. Details regarding the presenters and speakers at these monthly forums will be communicated.

Our first event under the theme of "Healthcare" is scheduled for Sunday May 3rd 8pm Eastern and then we shall proceed holding future events on the last Sunday of every Month.
 
 UNAA Book Club
 
Do you enjoy reading Books? Would you like to meet and talk with other community members who share the same interest?
 
UNAA Book Club will offer you that opportunity for a fun and rewarding experience. Join fellow members and colleagues to explore books and journalistic essays through spirited and stimulating discussions, meet and network with new people, read a good book, learn something new, make friends, debate interesting topics, learn to read critically and expand your communication skills. The Book Club also offers Ugandan authors and writers a platform to showcase their works through peer reviews and group sessions.
 

❏      Books and journalistic material will be primarily focusing on issues pertaining to Uganda and the Diaspora in addition to other topics of interest agreed on by the participants.

❏      Any UNAA Book Club participant can nominate a book.

❏      Participants will vote for the book or material to be covered on a monthly basis.

❏      Meetings shall be conducted once a month on a Saturday agreed upon by the participants.

❏      UNAA Book Club meetings shall be conducted over a conference call line made available to all participants.

❏      Invite your friends, family and youth to participate.
