Dear Members,

Please be informed that on May 21,2014, Mr. Brian Kwesiga presented to the Bank of America a document with Meeting minutes instructing the Bank of America to remove the UNAA Treasurer and the UNAA Secretary from the UNAA Bank Accounts as signatories and stay him as the sole Signatory on the UNAA Bank Accounts. To that effect the Bank of America removed the UNAA Treasurer and the UNAA Secretary from the UNAA Bank Accounts. As of May 22, 2014, Mr. Brian Kwesiga is the sole owner and signatory of the UNAA Bank accounts. This happened immediately after the Treasurer had informed the BOT about the illegitimate debit card Mr. Kwesiga has secured on May 14, 2014 and started using it for transactions with out the Treasurer's signiture. Please be informed that whatever document Mr. Kwesiga presented to the Bank of America to appoint himself as the sole signatory on the UNAA Bank Accounts was contrary to the constitution and there was no Emergency Executive
meeting called by the UNAA Secretary on May 21, 2014 to discuss the appointment of the UNAA President as the sole signotory on the UNAA Accounts and if that meeting secretly occured, it was done unlawfully. The Public should be informed about who is handling thier monies at this time.

Please be advised NOT to send your Money to the UNAA Treasurer either via the UNAA Website or money gram/ money order or Cashier's checks until the BOT takes care of this financial mess. If you do so, you will be doing it at your own risk.
