Gay women seem to have a more progressive view of sexuality then gay men do. The gay men who were asked this question all dodged it and in the comment section all seemed repulsed by vaginas. These woman on the other hand didn't seem afraid to embrace the penis as a sexual tool or at the very least as a curiosity. It shows that they are more fluid about gender roles than men. Any opinions on this?

The problem I think is probably because these ladies have some use for the penis for sensations while guys don't have one for vaginas

+Len Pinochet The vagina can be a warm, squishy, inviting place. What more could an erect penis want? Most gay men that come out later in life have had successful relationships with females to one degree or another so I doubt that they were repulsed by vagina's all together.

 Obviously they have a deep abiding preference for the same gender otherwise they wouldn't identify as gay but to say that they have no personal use for a vagina seems disingenuous.  

I once heard a lesbian say that the part of her that is designed for penetration enjoys being penetrated. It's just that she prefers a woman to do the penetrating instead of a man. 

This makes sense to me. She is not turned off by the penis. She is turned off by the man. I imagined that the reverse would be true for a gay male that he is not turned off by the vagina. He is turned off by the woman but instead they seemed to be turned off by the vagina and not the woman.

Personally I think its vagina envy but what do I know?
