{UAH} Who engineered Obote's fall from power in 1971?

This is part of civic education. "President Milton Obote of Uganda's tough line on South Africa and Rhodesia, together with his reluctance to continue allowing Israel military aid to the Southern Sudanese rebels via Uganda helped to bring about his downfall in 1971" (Bill Freund: The Making of Contemporary Africa 1984). Next time I will give the reasons for Obote's second downfall. Contrary to popular belief, it wasn't Ugandans. We simply provided an enabling environment.
