SV: {UAH} Museveni's NRA atrocities in the north founded Kony's LRA......

FIRST, I had several times ago written on the issue of 'Pur Awak' or term it Politics of Collective Responsibility (PCR) in clear sense of social contacts with the people whereby notes are always compared among the peers. That politics, which built the current Uganda, has been based on the 1900 Agreement between Colonial Britain and Buganda Kingdom that had not been based on complete social contacts with the whole native Ugandans to be.

AGAIN, without the (PCR), the Buganda Kingdom signed yet another dubious agreement with the NRA/M7ism banditry, which brought the current massive corruption doctrine in Uganda. Take it or leave it, there will not be any political weight that the concern of Lamogi Clan in Acoli is just playing what I always call 'Dong Warom Syndrome' since the Lamogi Clan Chief does not think of working on (PCR) doctrine as the way forward! This means, it could have carried some quite clear political weights if Lamogi Clan Chief Rwot Otinga Otuka Otto Yai, had compared notes and they present the concern of the whole Acoli folks to NRA/M7ism.

YES, it might have collapsed due to the NRA/M7ism politics, which always fears a strongly politically organised folks and body. Now, as I am trying to write this piece there are those NRA/M fanatics who are even running amok on Rwot Otinga of Lamogi! But, I think it could have been difficult if the whole Acoli traditional leaderships were to put their (PCR) positions together than going it alone!

GOOD-DAMN it, AKIM, do not forget that even your infamous federo campaign is falsehood since, Mky KAMYA still calls you an ANYANYA, which she will never make any apology. My pain is, you are quite prone and cannot detest what Mky KAMYA calls you since you come from the home region of Ocaya pOcure!

Somebody has to tell the chief that money is no compensation for the dead. Acholi has traditional ritual or ways of dealing with such cases. Should the chief go faaaa, he will end up with like the Buganda situation, where, its given with one hand and vote gained with another.
The problem with some of the recent chiefs, they have no grasp of old ways or tradition.
Where is Ocaya P Ocure when the chief needs one!

Amuru. 
Lamogi clan members in Amuru District are demanding to meet President Museveni over the 1986 massacre allegedly committed by National Resistance Army (NRA).

In December 1986, NRA, who had just taken over power allegedly killed at least 32 civilians on allegations that they were former fighters of the Tito Okello Lutwa's government in Lamogi Sub-county in Amuru District. However, 28 years down the road, locals are demanding to meet the President for compensation of the lives lost.

Lamogi clan Chief Rwot Otinga Otuka Otto Yai, says what happened in Lamogi perpetuated by NRA soldiers will never be forgotten. "We want to meet the President and discuss how best the grievances should be ironed out," he said.
