including those of respective organisations.

But you are free to start any forum and inform Ugandan of the forum you have
started. Depending on how you introduce it ( motive / objective etc), the category
you are looking for shall join.

People,

I am intending to set up a forum for Ugandan workers to
include police, civil servants and teachers. Any advice?
This is not to challenge uah but to give a voice to the
exploited Ugandan workers.
