To me, and I think many other Acoli folks whose kin and kith had been used as human shields during the infamous NRA/M7 regime's operations in Acoliland whereby civilians were armed with Bows and Arrows to face the rebels in the early 1990s, when the NRA troops were behind the civilians feel this appointment means concealment of genocide in Acoliland and the whole northern Uganda.

YES, this, I think is yet another cynical tricks by the US through its Bretton Woods system, the World Bank to conceal the genocide committed by the NRA/M7 regime and this appointment means they could do anything against AMURU folks as it happened against the MAYA folks - Red Indians in North America at the turn of the last century! This means ACOLI folks must be ready to face the annihilation since the Western World under the yoke of America so-called 'Only World Supper Power' makes it see the current international world political order according to its own sync!

We are seeing, how they are trying to push Russia and its President PUTIN in the name of protecting Ukraine when they do not give a damn about the occupation of large junk of territory in Argentina by the British. The Americans are quite arrogant as far as their interests are concern. Look how they have continued to occupy Okinawa in Japan whereby the Japanese in Okinawa had continued to demonstrate without any end inside.

In Europe, they accepted the East and West Germany to unite meanwhile in South and North Korea, the Americans had continued to build the walls of land-minds that had continued to divide the same folks! What an absurd political postures? This kind of unilateralism against Russia must be disturbing many folks studying International political affairs. Or look in Palestine, whereby the Americans had continued to divide the Palestinian folks without any kind of political journey forward! The other disturbing current world affairs with a very wrong political approach is the push by the western powers of seeing anyone doing critique of their politics - has been the quick labelling of different political opinions as 'terrorist'!
