{UAH} Buganda secession could produce unexpected outcomes

There are forces within and outside Buganda working for secession. They need to realize that self-determination is by people, not territories or leaders, who may agree to stay together when they break away or may choose go separate ways.

During the referendum for the lost counties in Uganda the people were given three options: go for independence; stay with Buganda; rejoin Bunyoro. They chose to rejoin Bunyoro. Those who are pushing for Buganda secession should bear this in mind.
