{UAH} Manufacturing is the engine of development

For a country to industrialize through manufacturing enterprises it doesn't only require factories but also infrastructure such as roads, railways, ports, energy, communication and healthy and educated people. In Museveni's state of the nation address, social sectors were not identified as crucial for Uganda's development. He singled out agriculture, industry, services and technology. Human capital accumulation is equally important.
