Ha ha ha ha! This is a scandal-of-the-decade. My commando posted an
opinion poll question on Which School Produces The Most Corrupt O.Bs?
Guess what and why; Ntare won the gold medal. One respondent even
claimed the school has Mismanagement of Public Funds, Ghost Management
on its curricullum.
