If you are a Rwandan working in the DRC be informed that a decision has been made that you will have to part with $250 for a visa to DRC, business people will be getting a three-month visa for $50 whereas students will be required to pay $30 for a one-year visa. We have started to get reports that Rwandans trying to cross common border with DRC are stranded because they were not informed in advance of these charges, and The Rubavu boarder has the most causalities for it crosses very many Rwandese into DRC. This fee was posted retroactive from June 24^th but it has hit the border posts from yesterday Friday.
