{UAH} Update on UNAA Finances 2

1. With just about 10 weeks before the 2014 convention starts, i.e more than 10 months since the 2013 convention in Dallas ended, we still haven't seen the detailed statement of income and expenses for the Dallas convention. Our president, Brian Kwesiga promised to provide those details but he has not yet delivered.
2. Brain Kwesiga has given various explanations for the delay, the latest being that Mr Jude Sempungu (the  treasurer who was recently removed by the Wilson/Kwesiga camp) had deleted the data that Ms Rebecca Namwase Ssemambo had entered in Quick Books.
3. As I have written here before, I know that Jude deleted the data at the beginning of the year and he was quickly locked out of Quick Books by Tim Gaburungyi (don't ask me how the "IT volunteer" has more power than the elected Treasurer!).  Tim quickly restored Ms Ssemambo's access to Quick Books and she's had access for several months. Besides, if Ms Ssemambo is entering data in Quick Books, she must have the data...why doesn't she release what she wanted to enter in QuickBooks?
Jude has stated on this forum that it took him just 3 days to enter all the data for Dallas...why is Ms Ssemambo taking several months?  If Jude already entered the data, why do we have to wait for Ms Ssembambo to enter the same data?
4. Jude and Brian stated on this forum that the 2013 tax returns were filed on time. How did they file the tax reruns if all the data was not available to them? Whose name appears on the tax return as the person that has the relevant data?
5. Though Brian previously promised to reveal the financial report by the end on May, he is now saying that he will release it "before the convention". What does that mean...can it mean August 28th? August 21st? etc? If he releases it 1 week before the convention, would members get a chance to scrutinize it and ask useful questions in San Diego??? As we saw in Dallas, a financial report delivered at the last minute is as good as useless. Who pays attention to those PowerPoint slides?
thanks
