{UAH} What they say about NRA /NRM

  • Steve Wesonga

Divisions in NRM is fertile ground for M7. So called "Revolutionaries", "rebellious figures" get activated and thinking well when there is conflict, and confusion. When it is quiet and peaceful, they get bored and dull in their brain system. Never use confusion, anarchy, & call to battle to overcome a violent soul, just as it is unwise to use confrontation to deal with a rebellious wife or child. Confusion, anarchy, violence, and division are points of strength for them. To defeat M7 and his deeply entrenched system in Uganda, one has to be clever enough to exploit his weaknesses, set traps and get a big chunk of the Ugandan population to wake up from sleep to peacefully demand change. Dividing NRM should be excluded from such traps.

You have got it totally wrong. Your "wife and child" analogy just doesn't apply here. What is happening to the NRM is that it is undergoing an implosion. You will not be able and nobody else, including Museveni, will stop this implosion. What you are witnessing as a contradiction between Musebeni and mbabazi is actually an aspect of that implosion. When eventually the process gets completed, Museveni or any other NRM may not be able to pick the pieces of what will remain of the NRM. In my view this is inevitable and is the best thing for Uganda.
