{UAH} SHOULD SECURITY CHIEFS BE FIRED OVER RWENZORI MASSACRES?

One of the UAH brains, Giles Muhame, commissioned a poll on his newsite, Chimpreports, with the with above query. It could go either way if powerful people regard such commentaries in deciding the things they do. Security chiefs should be spared unless they were complicit. It's Insecurity Chiefs i.e bandits who sh'd be fired at the stake-firing squad. Guluma yaguzza! All peace-loving Ugandans are sec chiefs, too.
