The Hon. Sam Kutesa specifically pays glowing tribute to former
Ugandan leader, Gen. Tito Okello Lutwa, for whom he served as Attorney
General. While relaxing one evening, he revealed how fond of him the
late Tito was. Although his career was already blossoming, Tito handed
him a big carrot and he has never looked.
Tito's son, Okello Oryem, serves as one of Kutesa's juniors at Foreign Affairs.
