{UAH} Uganda Federation Issues
Mr Akim Odongo ,
I have the honour to write to you in answer to my writings to you on
this Ugandan Forum desk and on behalf of the Lado State Kingdom
Affairs that , you do not expect me as a person singularly ( masking
me in ) to come to your Headquarters at Kampala in Uganda and
register me to be part of your Federalism Associations . I am in Lado
in my home place already . I can not move myself out of Lado anymore .
If I do that , it is and must be on important matters in International
Relations connected with Lado . So nobody on this forum takes it easy
that or may interpretate that I am with your Federation Affairs
regarding your Uganda Affairs . There will be a time when I think
Uganda and Lado will confederate but not now , as Lado is fully
engaged in its peak resolving its Independence issue with Great
Britain and Belgium .
Federalism issue in Uganda you are talking of is not a new issue to us
in Lado anyway . We from Lado rejected the issue of Federalism in 1953
infront of by then Governor General Sir Andrew Cohen to inform the
British government Authorities ( Her Majesty Sovereign Authority )
that Lado on behalf of the Agofe would / will never accept to be
Federating or forming Federation of or becoming with British East
Africa whereby Uganda Protectorate was a part of the British plans .
The Kabaka , Mutesa of Buganda by then , when he realised of Lado's
position taken by the Agofe of Lado , sided with Lado in the meeting
held out of the three representatives of ( Great Britain , Buganda /
or Uganda Protectorate and Lado ) . As a fellow African to Lado
People , THE KABAKA refused for Buganda / or Uganda to become of the
British East Africa Federation system under Sovereign of the United
Kingdom .
However , since Kabaka had signed to have sold Buganda / Uganda to
Great Britain already in 1908 , his rejection and siding with Lado
made him to be arrested and sent to exile for two years by Great
Britain and was brought back and still installed on his throne when he
changed his mind to place Uganda under the British East African
Federation .
Mr Akim , from 1953 up to now that is the existing Legal Treaty
Affairs on which Uganda stands by till todate . What kind of
federation is yours to change the old Treaty in existence . Wish you
well as the young chap in Uganda but don't count on we people from
Lado Nicknamed by the British governments ( Great Britain ) as West
Nile from 1926 claiming us through their political propaganda as being
a property of British Uganda Protectorate and therefore part of Uganda
as the termined West Nile of Uganda .
Mr Akim , if any political changes have to take root in Uganda , my
advice to you people of Uganda is to see that you need to make new
Treaties to be signed to cancel the old Treaties of the British and
Uganda Treaties made . This means you need to start working with the
British please and where possible if we people from Lado can help you
, we feel obliged to side with you as in for our African Political
Affairs .
The Kabaka of Buganda / Uganda did it with in 1953 in our African
Political ( Protection ) point of view , why not you , if you put your
political views in the order to defend we Africans in all , including
us Lado People as the immediate sister neighbour Country / or Nation
, State , Kingdom , Area being . By the way , with the British ( Great
Britain ) , we are still in contact since from 1947 anyway .
Thanks brother for your concerns of the African Issues whereby now you
have come to be aware of Lado . More hidden informations on Lado are
coming up now as many States are opening their door to Lado . Great
Britain's Veto on Lado seizes to exist then .
