{UAH} Uganda has 1 GC-ECD and 1 GC-MS! Should I cry or what?

In my lab alone, I have 4 GC-ECDs and 4 GC-MS.  I am in the process of acquiring new GC-ECD, GC-ECD/MS and a GC-MS/MS.  And this is just one lab.  I do not buy into this argument that a whole country cannot afford to equip her scientists with the bare minimum to do their job.
