{UAH} Why Aren't Anti-Gay Americans Facing US Sanctions As Well?

Amongst the presidents invited for the US-Africa Summit scheduled for 4-6th August 2014, is Mr. Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.

This invitation comes a few weeks after the US government announced travel bans to selected Ugandan politicians and activists instrumental in the enacting of Uganda's Anti-gay Law.

The lead person who had the ability to cancel the Anti-gay law on 24th February 2014 in full view of the international media, Mr. Museveni, is travelling to the US.

Injustice and impunity are actually perpetrated by the United States of America.

Recently, these same African leaders moved to prevent the new African Criminal Court from prosecuting sitting African Heads of State from crimes against humanity/genocide.

Mr. Museveni has been spearheading this effort to grant impunity to sitting African presidents.

Their target was initially the Hague-based ICC.

That bid failed at the UN Security Council.

With this US invitation extended to Mr. Museveni while slapping travel bans on his lower subjects, the US is directly contributing to the survival of the culture of African leaders impunity that the US says it is fighting.

How can the person who actually signed the Anti-Homosexuality law into act, walk scott-free while his cadres are punished?

This is a matter that may need to be adjudicated.

In all fairness, Mr. Museveni should actually be served with the same sanctions that other Ugandan citizens face for their role in the enacting of the Anti-Gay Law in Uganda.

Also, why aren't US citizens who have been active in the enactment of Uganda's Anti-gay law, facing similar measureS.
