{UAH} Does Hoima and Masindi have Major Physical Planning Schemes/Plans

People (old, sickly, children, young and disabled) have been moved from villages over miles and miles of land. However, and despite of a crude compensation fund, many Banyoro are ending up living in squalid environments and slums in Hoima township

Really, the government of Uganda has earned over 200 million dollars on just an unexploited oil under Bunyoro land. Why can't government offer Hoima and Masindi, 400 billion shilling to upgrade physically plan these towns, into modern centres of; research, commercial trade and technological innovations in related areas in the oil and tourism fields?

People even do not have food to eat since their have moved away from their land with alternative human settlements!
