{UAH} "Lonely" Museveni spares time for enumeration

Folks;

Census is a critical component of any government's socio-economic policy. So, it's laudable that President Museveni and the First Lady are leading the way in this year's national enumeration exercise.

If you have ever served as an enumerator - I did it in 1980 - it's a tedious assignment, especially in the rural areas. But we need to encourage our folks to take part in it for their own benefits.
