{UAH} Somebody wants Kagingo out of Statehouse? Everyone wants to work in that house?

State House Aides Plot Kagingo Fall

The latest reaching us indicate that the President's Special Assistant for Communications, Ms Sarah Kagingo, could be on her way out of State House, according to the new plot being brewed by her colleagues.

The plot, as we have gathered, is masterminded by a one Charlotte, a staff of ICT Unit, who recently hosted her colleagues including a lady member of the Presidential Press Unit (PPU) to a drink at an upscale joint in town.

According to a source, the drink up was part of the 2-weeklong celebration following what they termed as "Kagingo's Rwakitura exit".

"Kagingo did not know that she was playing with fire. Imagine Kagingo had the rugyezigyezi to call Literally asking for speeches of the 90s not knowing my sister is in charge of the literally section. I have worked here longer and I know better," a visibly overjoyed Charlotte intimidated to her friends who kept laughing and urging her on.

"My mother has worked in state house even much longer. I wonder how Kagingo thought she would manage the website and render me irrelevant," continued the heated up ICT staff.
The conversation was heating up. Someone ordered for another round of drinks.
The lady member of the Press Unit took to the floor and said scornfully: "do you guys remember what happened at the burial of mzee Amos.

Museveni had a picture of Mzee Amos's favourite bull that he wanted us to give to the mourners. Before I even went to Mbarara to print more copies, he called me with Kagingo and then he said…this daughter of mine, Kagingo, is African by culture but white in methods of work. She is my Obama. Let her take a photograph of the bull with her phone…"

The group bursts into a round of laughter, beseeching the speaker to lavish them with more details.

"Before I even reached Mbarara to print more copies for the mourners, Kagingo had already splashed the bull all over Facebook. I thought I would ask for more funds to print more copies for the whole country. Can you imagine she blew my deal just like that? But life is a big paradox. Afande Nakalema has stopped her from getting even a kilometre close to the President. I tell you she is finished."

One of the excited staff jumped to his feet to make a toast but was quickly ordered to "sit down!" and not spoil the occasion.

"This is my day," Charlotte intercepted, adding, "lets drink to the fall of …I hear…Obama!"
"Cheers!" chorused the group, clicking glasses as a waiter dashed off with an order for a round of muchomo.

"There is nothing that annoyed me like when Tamale Mirundi backed Kagingo's social media things in the Entebbe meeting," Charlotte resumed.

"For the Rwakitura meeting, I warned Afande Nakalema against inviting Tamale. Imagine the guy going around radios saying that he is not fighting Kagingo but is it's the mafia who were eating money from the state house website fighting her. I hear…'Kagingo is my daughter, what you are hearing is fiction and the stories that we are fighting are a mere fiction".

At this point, the celebrants expressed disapproval.

"The man cannot even speak English, I wonder why Museveni is stuck with him" put in a colleague our source could not easily identify.

"The other day, when Afande Nakalema ordered photographers never to share photos with Kagingo, the fool interfered. Let us see how he rescues her this time round when he is also on his way out."

Our source further gathered that on Nakalema's orders, Kagingo's passport has been barred from seeking visas.

"Afande Nakalema is ahead, very fearless. She is the only one who managed to block the chic from covering the summits in Nairobi. She has also promised to ensure her passport is not submitted for US visas. Let's see how she tweets the Summit. Just waiting to get details of how she will be humiliated at the airbase when the good news that she has no visa is broken."
Kagingo a former Guild President of Makerere University joined State House in 2012. Earlier, the same year, she stood for the East African Legislative Assembly but lost. She took the country by storm when she used her facebook page where she commands a big following to communicate the Kyankwanzi NRM Caucus setting the pace for Government's comminications on social media
