SV: {UAH} Uganda hands over President Uhuru's car
Okeya,
I think the Car was meant for SABAGABE'S intrigue. If you are not careful, something had been planted in this Machine. Just wait when it will be taken back to where it came from.

The police should tell a coherent story. How did the car enter Uganda? I suppose it was loaded into some container trailer. Otherwise if it was driven it should have been easy to spot UNLESS these days Uganda and Kenya are full of BMW cars on their roads.
So the IGP should crack the whip on border entry. My gut feelings point to a scheme where stolen cars are loaded into a container and driven across as different items. So what else is getting through the borders? Guns, terrorists etc.
Now was it found in Tororo or Wandegeya? Which is the truth?

KAMPALA - Uganda on Thursday handed over a car attached to the security detail of Kenyan president Uhuru Kenyatta which was stolen last week and later recovered.
The Nairobi State House BMW was stolen by gunmen from its official driver in the Kenyan capital Nairobi last Wednesday, only to be found in Kampala recently after it was abandoned by suspected carjackers, according to Ugandan police.
The limousine was recovered near Wandegeya Market after a joint operation involving Kenyan and Ugandan police officials.
Earlier, sources had revealed that the State House vehicle had been vandalised, with the driver's window smashed.
The registration plates had also been plucked off although it bore an insurance and tax sticker on the windscreen, which Police suspected to have been forged.
The vehicle was briefly parked at Wandegeya Police Station but operatives from the Police's Flying Squad and counter-terrorism personnel drove it to an unknown destination.
Asan Kasingye, the director of Interpol Uganda, said the car had been abandones in a parking lot at a restaurant behind Wandegeya Market, but no one was found at the spot.
