{UAH} BATTLE FOR POWER: Nyakana Weighs Suit against KCCA

Kampala Central Divison Mayor, Godfrey Nyakaana Amooti has finalized preparations to drag Kampala Capital City Authority Executive to courts of law challenging them for allegedly rendering the city Division Councils extraneous in the running of the city by taking away their duties and responsibilities.

Speaking at Central Division Headquarters in Kampala this afternoon, Nyakana observed that dragging the Authority to court was the last resort they have had to explore after they earlier tried other means but up to now they have not reached any positive results
