{UAH} I have landed on the 42 year old development plan for our City

Kampala City Plans: Now that I have landed on the 42 year old development plan for our City, I realise there is simply so much to share that the best option is to serialise it and extract small portions for debate. Let me know which of these you would like us to start off with:
Did you know:
1. Kololo City and the role it had to play with greater Kampala?
2. No road in Kampala today meets the guidelines of the roads setup in this master plan?
3. The FlyOvers, Expressways, motorways, trams etc being talked about today are in this plan?
4. Residential areas, work areas and social facilities had been demarcated to give the citizens maximum convenience?
5. The Planned Southern Bypass is meant to have an interconnecting motorway to Northern Bypass?
6. Have you heard of the Bombo Road Expressway?
7. The Hospitals being constructed today in Kampala should have been there prior to 1980 as they were planned for a Popn of only 540,000?

All that and much more.
