{UAH} Moses Ochen's Wonpaco and Amin Soldiers!

The Won Paco (Parish chief) in Akokoro had to wait and meet military officers and investigators who arrived in his village in the aftermath of a Uganda Airforce helicopter crash near Akokoro hills, West Lango district in 1976.

Wonpaco to Military Delegation:

"I am the Wipi of this place and I have been choose to tell what happens. The helicopter come running piti-piti-piti-piti and it mwoss bala oduku puuum!  Children see like that they run in a very terrible speed, aya wan odong dang amano!

 

Approximate translation:

 

"I am the Won Paco (Parish Chief) of this place and I have been asked to inform you about what took place. The helicopter came flying, making noise in the sky and suddenly it blew up like a bomb, boom! 

Children saw what happened and took in a huff; and we the adults also followed suit!"
