{UAH} The Niujie Mosque was originally built in 996 in Beijing during the Liao Dynasty of China

1.In 1079, Omar Khayyam calculated the exact length of the year. Modern science has discovered that his calculation was off by .09 seconds.Khayyám was a member of a panel that reformed the Iranian calendar. The panel was convened by Seljuk Sultan Malik Shah I, and completed its reforms in 1079, resulting in the Jalali calendar. Source: Wikipedia

And I won't be surprised if the modern science was wrong themselves about that 0.09

2.The Niujie Mosque was originally built in 996 in Beijing during the Liao Dynasty of China. It was destroyed in the Mongol invasion in the 1200s, then rebuilt and expanded in 1443 and 1696. The mosque exhibits traditional Chinese architecture and design, with elements of Arabic calligraphy. It is the largest and oldest mosque in Beijing.

Traditional Chinese architecture at the mosque.

Middle Eastern and Chinese geometric styles at the mosque.

3.Street bread sellers in Sarajevo, Bosnia, in the late 1800s.They were so neat even in 1800s..... aesthetics visible in their dressing juxtapose it with sub-continent of 18th century n see the difference!
