EVENTS LEADING TO THE HOUSE KEEPER DRAMA (LOCAL POLICE OC WITH CONNECTION TO STATE HOUSE LADIES BEHIND THE WHOLE DRAMA, FORCED THE GIRL TO LIE UNDER DURESS)
Sarah Kagingo had been away from home for 4 days. Was called at about 10 am by the girl that thugs attacked their home th night before. That she was worried and locked herself in the bathroom.
Being far,....Kagingo talked to her neighbour to help the house keeper
Minutes later Sarah was called by a police officer claiming she had locked the house keeper in.The police officer had called all media....
Kagingo sent her brother there and her landlord.They found that police officer telling the girl to say Sarah had locked her in.The girl refused to.
They made allegations against Sarah in the statement and forced the house keeper to sign
When Sarah got there, the girl said the policeman was forcing her to claim she is not paid and that she is tortured.
That he told her whether she likes or not the matter is already in the hands of press
The girl offered to talk to them and explain, the officer declined
EARLIER INCIDENTS AND THREATS AGAINST SARAH KAGINGO
One day Sarah had returned home to pick something. Left her car a spacio outside the gate. She developed a headache......and took a nap. One of her househelps woke her up saying a small saloon car packed across, two men got out.....opened her boot and the door to the driver's seat. When she got out....the car locks were spoilt....had forgotten a laptop and a yellow little bag inside.....nothing was stolen. Her neighboours went to police.......a policeman asked her to not to enter....until he checks....when she went to make a statement.....the policeman told her that he had beenn stopped by the OC from making an entry..
The same month she was attacked at home. She called police in the night. They came when the thugs had gone.
When Sarah went to make a statement....a policeman told her that he had not made entry on orders of the OC and she could not make a statement.
My sources at state house have told me that the thre ladies at state house who include Linda Nabusayi and Museveni's personal assistant one and the financial controller, have made sure that SARAH KAGINGO HAS NOT GOT HER SALARY FOR THE LAST 2 YEARS.
