SV: {UAH} Aprrox.300 Prisonered Freed In E.Congo

Well, Nyar, here comes a topic for discussion out of

yours. Lets assume that even in Congo and Africa,

before a prisoner is dischared, he or she first under goes

medical check-up.

Now let further assume some of the prisoners had health problems

like TB, HIV, Ebola etc..........

Don't you bare with me that this kind of "FREEING PRISONERS"

could become disastrous?
