QUESTION IS, WHAT MEMBERS?

All Ugandan political parties should seriously

consider membership based on paid subscribtion fee.

How much that is is another five.Whether symbolic sum

 or not but,at least some fee.

That too would minimize rigging at ADC. Only subscribed

members should be legible at the annual delegates conferences.

The same applies to Youth members. Only paid members

shall attend youth conferences.
